A tiered programme of health assessments for directors, senior leaders and corporate workforces - from essential employee health surveillance to advanced cardiovascular screening. Every assessment is conducted by an experienced clinician and concludes with a detailed, actionable health report.

Hessington Health has been delivering specialist corporate health assessments to organisations across the City of London, the Home Counties and beyond for over 15 years. Their clinical team brings a depth of occupational and executive health expertise that is exceptional outside of London's leading private practices.
Through the Bloom Health partnership, that expertise is now available to organisations across Milton Keynes and the surrounding region—with the responsiveness and personal service that only a local partner can deliver.
Every report produced is evidence-based, robustly referenced and delivered with clear clinical guidance. No ambiguity. No fence-sitting.
The most valuable asset in any organisation is the health and capability of the people within it. Yet for many leaders and senior professionals, the demands of their role mean that their own health is the last thing that receives proper attention. Executive health screening changes that.
Our assessments are not routine tick-box exercises. They are genuine clinical encounters—designed to provide a detailed, accurate picture of an individual's health at a given point in time, identify risk factors before they become problems, and produce a management plan that is specific, evidence-based and actionable.
By triangulating a thorough medical history with physical examination findings and a comprehensive blood panel, our clinicians can identify patterns and risks that would otherwise remain invisible—and deliver the kind of personalised guidance that makes a measurable difference to long-term health outcomes.
Investing in the health of senior staff reduces unexpected absences, supports long-term leadership continuity, and signals to the wider organisation that employee health is a genuine organisational priority - not a benefit statement.

The foundation of any sound workforce health programme is ensuring new employees are assessed before they begin. Our pre-employment initiation check is a structured 45-minute encounter with an occupational health specialist, designed to establish a baseline health profile for each new member of staff.
The assessment explores an employee's health history in depth, identifies any conditions that may be relevant to their role, and – critically – identifies any reasonable adjustments the employer may have a legal obligation to make under the Equality Act 2010. It is followed by blood and drug screening.
The outcome is a comprehensive written report that is both clinically robust and legally compliant – protecting the organisation and supporting the individual from day one.

Each tier is designed to serve a specific need - from foundational health surveillance for the broader workforce to intensive clinical assessment for executives and senior leaders. All tiers include a full clinical report with management guidance issued within two weeks.
